THE ORIGIN STORY

EST.2016

After years in the coffee business, learning the trade as a barista and roaster, Ezra felt he needed to start doing his own thing and develop his own style in coffee making. He organized pop-up specialty coffee bars, several years in a row at different locations. At first just for the fun of it, as a hobby project. As the audience grew with each edition, a permanent location was needed. Zuidstationstraat 5 was perfect!

Soon to be 8 years later, Full Circle is a 100% vegan coffee bar well known for its coziness, plant based mindset, donuts and in-house roasted coffee beans.

2021.

Since august 2021 you can walk into our bar and be greeted by the aromatic smell of beans being roasted, while thinking about what to order.

Beside the fact that our Probat complements the colors in the bar (    #925320) it isn't tucked away, but visible while entering the bar. You can almost touch it when grabbing for a glass of filtered tap water.

We eat our own dog food and use our beans for espresso and filter.

From Astrid to Zuid

2022.

In 2022 something was brewing, the idea of opening a second Full Circle bar! From the starting days of Full Circle there was the aspiration of opening a spot close to the Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station. While the city center is getting more coffee bars per square meter, the railway station is unchartered territory for quality specialty coffee.

In November we received the keys and after 3 weeks of hard work Full Circle Astrid was a fact. When you look through our large windows, you'll see white brick walls, petrol, mustard yellow and bronze seating and our La Marzocco machine resting on our self poured concrete bar.  We went for a familiar "Full Circle Zuid" vibe without having that "franchise" feeling. Come and say hi!

THE BLEND

Gotcha, we don't do blends at Full Circle, but our team is! A blend of a great individuals with their own background and personal taste expressed in the way they brew our filter coffees. This way you can taste the same coffee but with a different accent every time.

Want to know more about them, ask them in person, they won't bite, except when you ask milk and sugar for your filter coffee..
